Take the lead as a first PIC for customers\nWork with internal/external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience\nManage account/customer expectations\nWork with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions\nHelp craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards\nBuild and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements\nOperations/Distribution\nProcess Stock In/Out in SAP\nWork with LFS internal customers on process improvements \nHelp craft account SOPs and Work Instructions\nAssist in distribution and operations as needed\nAdministration\nCAPA Reporting\nKPI management\nAssist with Quotation, RFQ and RFI\nSales support\nUndertake other duties as requested\nJob Requirements\nPossess at least GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or a Diploma in any discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Air and Sea Freight Operations, with a strong focus on customer service and stakeholder management.\nExcellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications,
