This position is responsible for maintaining operational and compliance data, preparing management reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and coordinating with regional and country stakeholders. The role supports data accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nJob Duties\nCollect, validate, and maintain Brokerage operational and compliance data to support reporting, performance monitoring, and business decision-making. \nPrepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates, and provide analysis and insights to regional and global stakeholders.\nMaintain compliance records, including non-compliant shipment cases, audits, penalties, licenses, training records, and corrective actions.\nCoordinate with Brokerage Operations, Commercial teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support compliance initiatives, resolve issues, and manage follow-up actions.\nMaintain reporting tools, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint content, and process documentation while supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.\nProvide administrative, project coordination, and other departmental support as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools;
