We are looking for a leader to run Export operations at our Buenos Aires branch, ensuring service excellence, quality and regulatory compliance while collaborating with a global network of branches and commercial teams.\nKey responsibilities\nLead and develop the Export team, ensuring performance, productivity and on-time delivery.\nEnsure shipments are managed according to customer requirements, SOPs and quality standards.\nMonitor KPIs (OTP, POD, POB) and Maestro compliance, driving continuous improvement.\nManage relationships with agents, carriers and suppliers.\nResolve escalated complaints, incidents and non-conformances together with Quality (CAPA).\nCoordinate with Marken branches, HUB MEX, CTD and commercial teams.\nEnsure compliance with GDP, regulations and mandatory training.\nIdentify business opportunities and share them with the Sales team.\nProfile requirements (essential)\nEducation: Tertiary or university degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.\nWork experience: Team management and export experience, with hands-on operations exposure.
