The analyst in this role will be responsible for maintaining and developing data pipelines from various systems. This position performs extract, transform, load (ETL) data conversions, and facilitates data cleansing and enrichment for said systems. The analyst in this role will also act as the Subject Matter Expert for Airline related data, performing ad-hoc analyses on data trends. This position will also act as a liaison between UPS Corporate and UPS Airline offices building a trusted relationship between Business Groups.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and support multiple Airline-related systems and processes, including Decision Support models and projects\nDevelop and maintain pipelines from various systems, performing ETL conversions, data cleansing, and enrichment\nUse SQL, Google Cloud (GCP), OneStream, and other data applications to perform ad-hoc analyses of data trends\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert for Airline-related data\nServe as primary contact for Airline Finance Systems and act as a liaison between UPS Corporate and UPS Airline offices, building trusted relationships across business groups\nRequirements:\nCore expectations\nAbility to own multiple Airline-related systems and processes\nWorking knowledge of how to develop and maintain these systems, including data pipelines and ETL\nStrong foundation in data analytics, with knowledge of UPS or Airline Operations\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent\nTechnical experience (preferred)\nExperience with SQL, OneStream, or other data tools and applications\nUnderstanding of database systems, data warehousing, and the data life cycle (collection, transformation, analysis, secure storage, accessibility)\nFamiliarity with a cloud platform (e.g., GCP, Azure, or AWS)\nBusiness and Airline knowledge\n Strong business or Airline knowledge can offset limited technical experience\nUnderstanding of Airline Operations, Finance Operations, and the data sources that feed them\nAwareness of data scalability, security, regulatory, and compliance need\nAdditional Information:\nMust be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required (not remote)\nPosition is located in Louisville, KY\nJob Level: Supervisor\nJob Grade: 203\nInternal applicants must apply by end of day Saturday, November 7, 2026\nEmployee Type:\nPermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.\nOther Criteria:\nUPS is an equal opportunity employer.
