This executive role will play a critical part in driving sustainable business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategic culture aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the organization's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and long-term business growth initiatives.\nEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting while maintaining compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.\nProvide executive leadership with actionable insights through analysis of financial performance, business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain robust multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree Certified Public Accountant with a valid professional license\nExperience in managing direct reports\nAt least 5 years of experience in accounting processes involving intercompany transactions\n100% on-site work\nExtensive experience in senior leadership roles overseeing finance, compliance, and business operations.\nStrong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.\nProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.\nExperience leading organizational transformation, change management, and talent development initiatives.\nKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.\nStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nPreferred Competencies\nStrategic thinking
