He/She may direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less experienced employees. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.\nGerman Language : User should be fluent in German Language (Reading/Writing/Speaking) Goethe Certification Level B2 Required.\nAccounting Knowledge: The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) is preferred.\nExperience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is required.\nComputer Applications: The candidate should have hands-on experience with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.\nExcel Proficiency: The candidate should have a good understanding and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nManaging reconciliation of the Duty Sub General ledger entries.\nReconciling Custom Import financial statements against the Invoices billed to the UPS Customers.\nReviewing Import Charges Billed and ensure the accuracy for the same.\nInterpreting and analysing financial information available in Revenue Data Mart or Financial Data Mart.\nCollaborating with various departments such as Country Brokerage, Country F & A team, Accounts Payable team, and various internal billing departments.\nPerforming account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.\nReconciling accounts with the general ledger.\nGathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.\nReporting any fluctuations and variances.\nAssisting the team with accounting issues and queries.\nAccurate prepare weekly reports and share the same with the Stake holders.\nFlexible to work during peak to manage high volume.\nUPS
