This role is focused on ensuring project success through effective communication, planning, risk management, and resource coordination. The Implementation Manager will work closely with both Business and Information Technology teams to establish and meet project requirements, acting as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle. This position involves supervising a team and may require occasional travel and flexibility in work hours to meet project demands.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Management and Oversight\nLead the overall implementation process, including project planning, communications, and resource coordination.\nManage and resolve project-related issues within assigned areas, ensuring timely progress and successful completion.\nImplement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to define business requirements and secure necessary approvals.\nAct as the primary point of contact throughout the project, facilitating effective communication and updates.\nPlanning and Development\nSupport in developing deployment strategies and roll-out plans to ensure smooth implementation.\nOversee post-implementation audits to verify project success and adherence to established criteria.\nFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality meet expectations.\nTeam Management\nSupervise a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support as needed for successful project delivery.\nCoordinate resources effectively, ensuring team alignment with project goals and timelines.\nTravelling\nWillingness and ability to travel across North America on short notice as required for project needs.\nQualifications\nProven experience in project implementation, preferably in a similar role within a technical or business-focused environment.\nStrong understanding of project management processes, including risk management, resource coordination, and issue resolution.\nDemonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a project setting.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration with various stakeholders.\nFlexibility to travel and adjust work hours to meet project requirements.\nThis role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
