If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nDevelops and Maintains Work Measurement to Optimize Operating Plans\nAnalyzes and develops Operating Plans through data-driven methodology\nProvides Guidance and Support to Operations and other stakeholders\nConducts Operational Audits, monitors process adherence to the operating plans and identify any areas for improvement for review with the operations management.\nConducts Operational Forecasting, reviews, and updates forecasts as required to maintain validity of forecast projections and adherence to Business Plan goals.\nSupervises and develops others and determines employees’ training needs to produce continuous development plans.\nCollaborates with Operations and Finance teams on business planning initiatives.\nDevelops and prepares plans for peak seasons and holidays.\nQualifications\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Engineering\n2 -
