He/She develops and presents technical and business solutions to peers. This position identifies areas for process improvement and contributes to solutions. He/She identifies project issues within established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for problem prevention.\nThis position plans, schedules, and monitors work activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets to comply with established standards. He/She interacts with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures. This position coordinates deployments and implementations with ISM departments and user groups and facilitates activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines.\nResponsibilities:\nLeads installation and removal of hardware and software to comply with user requests.\nLeads hardware and software tests to correct malfunctions and ensure proper operation.\nDocuments details of hardware and software installations and removals to comply with established procedures.\nLeads and clarifies product planning and design collaborations with subordinates to coordinate deployments.\nActs as a field and ISM partner consultant to review, evaluate, and communicate progress on release scheduling.\nConducts post-release reviews to verify accuracy.\nProvides customer service to end users to ensure value in products and services.\nFacilitates collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.\nEstablishes and maintains customer relationships to maximize products and services benefits.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of information security principles, controls, and governance practices.\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001.\nExperience supporting or managing compliance projects and improvement initiatives.\nGood project management skills, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nStrong written and verbal communications skills in the German language\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar are preferred.\nBachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline - Preferred\nExperience working in international or cross-functional environments is an advantage.\nProficiency in multiple languages is a plus.\nFamiliarity with related standards or regulations is a plus.\nAbout UPS\nFounded in 1907 as a messenger company in the United States, UPS has grown into a multi-billion-dollar corporation with a clear focus on enabling global commerce.
