organization by assembly inspection to include dimensional/positional accuracy.\nResponsibilities:\nInspects and reports on manufacturing quality.\nInspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.\nInitiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.\nEnsures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental, GMP, and ISO requirements.\nPerforms activities in Quality Control department such as incoming, CQA and final product inspections.\nDrives process changes, reports on quality metrics and ensures proactive measures are taken to achieve quality goals.\nDocuments quality issues and performance measures for management review.\nDocuments corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities.\nPrepares and presents quality status and performance improvements.\nInitiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.\nIdentifies and champions resolution of quality issues.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent\nDemonstrated strong math skills without a calculator\nMinimum of two years’ experience with inspecting mechanical parts and
