In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to support enterprise HR and IT processes. You will work across the full application development lifecycle-requirements gathering, solution design, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.\n---\nKey Responsibilities\nServiceNow HRSD & ITSM Development\n· Design and develop solutions across HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Integrations.\n· Build and enhance ITSM functionality including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, and CMDB workflows.\n· Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, and Script Includes.\nPlatform Development & Configuration\n· Develop and maintain custom applications, Service Portal widgets, integrations, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and server/client-side scripting.\n· Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.\nPlatform Support & Optimization\n· Support platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing.\n· Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.\n· Maintain documentation including technical designs, configuration guides, and support materials.\n---\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.\n· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) -
