If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities:\nAccount Management\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with assigned major accounts.\nAct as the primary contact for customers and manage ongoing customer relationships.\nDrive retention, penetration and conversion business.\nManage account strategy, contract renewals, and compliance.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.\nConduct prospecting, customer meetings, and other sales activities.\nDevelop proposals and presentations to secure new business.\nMaintain and develop a robust sales pipeline.\nCollaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Global Account teams.\nCoordinate internal resources to support service quality and customer satisfaction.\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in related field.
