We are looking for people who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You'll be part of that team. What would your day-to-day look like?
- Support with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily within the department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in your department to help achieve company objectives.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email.
- Welcome and assist customers at reception.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and internal procedures.
- Scan and process documents related to shipments and goods.
- Carry out other tasks required to support the effective operation of the department.
- In short: be proactive and organized, and make a difference in your area of responsibility.

What do we expect from you?
- Intermediate level of English preferred.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Preferred qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade or equivalent).
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

- Lisbon (Monday to Friday)
08:00 - 13:00
16:30 - 21:30
- Porto (Monday to Friday)
09:00 - 14:00
15:00 - 20:00
