OperationsCoordinatoris responsible formonitoringall inbound and outbound shipments on daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered within agreed timelines.\n\nWork with our operating system “Maestro” to Plan, execute and monitorimport & export shipments\n\nCoordinate collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries with other departments / MarkenOffices / Agent and drivers.\n\nMaintain constant communication with Packaging Team to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries.\n\nProcess temperature sensitive shipments designed for the special requirementsof the Cold Chain transportation processes\n\nPrep and maintain temperature controlledshipments as required.\n\nProvide the proper documentation to the agent/MarkenDriver for collections, deliveries, drop offs and recoveries.\n\nConfirm that every recovery is complete by matching the information against the manifest during reception process.\n\nProvide expedited dispatch to tender the shipments immediatelyafter collection and alert the receiving agent/office.\n\nNotify any discrepancies to the respective department, agent or MarkenOffice and update Maestro accordingly.\n\nConfirm that the shipment is OK to Send to final destinationand obtain Master Airway Bill “MAWB” consignment instructions.\n\nDefine the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination.\n\nCondition shipments as requiredand update the proper milestones in Maestro.\n\nObtain a booking with the airline and consign the MAWB as instructed.\n\nEnter the Route Leg for International Flights.\n\nSend the Alert through Maestro.\n\nCoordinate with Dispatch the drop off to the Airline as per the respective SOPs.\n\nUse Daily Schedule Report and update Maestro with all departures from the airport\n\nHandling of irregularities\n\nPerform additionaladministrative work as deemednecessary.\n\nQualifications\nProfessional experience in customer service operations, preferentially in the internationalair freight, logisticsor distribution.\n\nPreference for existing knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry\n\nCommitment to quality
