We're looking for someone special... we're looking for YOU!\nWhat will you do on a typical day?\nManage and lead your team, including coaching and training activities.\nIdentify and develop high-potential talent within the company.\nFocus on delivering excellence in customer service.\nMonitor service performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nMeet with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service follow-up.\nCoordinate departmental projects and communicate with other departments to support project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).\nCoordinate facility and service audits, ensuring follow-up on identified action items.\nPlan resources, public holidays, and Peak periods, making adjustments and executing plans as needed.\nProvide operational support whenever necessary.\nWhat do we offer?\nCompetitive salary plus health insurance\nContinuous training and development\nA varied role with opportunities for growth and career advancement\nWhat should you be able to do?\nHigher Vocational Education qualification or University Degree (completed or in progress) is required.\nIntermediate level of English.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn about new areas of the business and develop service-related knowledge.\nStrong leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions quickly.\nExcellent communication skills.\nA proactive leader capable of resolving unexpected situations effectively.\nFlexible and analytical, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nKnowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, at user level.\nFlexibility is important within our organization, including for this role.
