Oversees and manages command and control functions within conventional and/or automated package facilities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Leads inside package operations that support package operation performance. Develops and executes strategies to achieve business KPI's.\nAccountable for the performance and results of a team(s). Primary focus is a people manager who connects or integrates processes and people. Coordinates the work of the team across the organization. Makes decisions on hiring, pay, and performance.\nRuns a shift of frontline employees\nAssigns tasks and manages progress. Problems are typically routine and not complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Ensures completion of day-to-day assignments within shift.
