If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nThe Mechanic 1st Class is responsible for the upkeep and repair of a wide array of equipment, such as delivery vehicles, heavy-duty machinery, on-road tractors, and trailers sourced from different manufacturers. They specialize in diagnosing and fixing issues with hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electronic systems, and engines. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nRepairs gas and propane vehicles. \nOperates standard and manual transmission \nOperates power and pneumatic tools \nEnsures all vehicles are maintained regularly and in a timely manner. \nQualifications:\nBends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.\nMinimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance and electrical diagnostics \nAbility to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. \nRequirements:\nMust have an active driver’s license issued by the state \nMust be 21 years or older\nMust be willing to work 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. shift, Monday to Friday.\nMust possess the required hand tools required to perform the applicable job assignment.\nMeets D.O.T requirements required by job assignment \nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The starting pay for this position is $21.00 per hour with a two-years progression to top pay$23.00.
