This position holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.\nFacilitates training with new and current employees.\nConducts and participates in group meetings.\nCoordinates evaluations with management.\nDetermines best solutions for package concerns.\nSupervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.\nUnderstands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.\nQualifications:\nAbility to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.\nAvailability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week\nStrong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office\nAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment\nBachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred\nManagement experience - Preferred\nEmployee Type:\nPermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.\nOther Criteria:\nUPS is an equal opportunity employer.
