Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate based in Amsterdam (Lijnden), you will work on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong teamwork skills, and strict adherence to company procedures, as well as health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against delivery notes;
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the supervisor;
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners;
- Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders;
- Prepare shipments with correct labels and documentation;
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers;
- Keep storage areas clean and organized;
- Arrange products according to warehouse layout and procedures;
- Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified;
- Follow company health and safety policies;
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
What we’ll offer:
- A salary between €2,595 and €3,244 gross per month (based on full-time employment), depending on your work experience;
- A parttime position for 32 hours a week;

What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not always required.
- Forklift certification is beneficial but may not be required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners;
- Good communication skills;
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods safely.
