If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nMain Purpose:\nDurable Packaging & Device utilization & Management · Leased packaging utilization & Management · Packaging supply & Demand · Forecasting, Procurement, Finance, BD, OPS & CS support\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nGeneral responsibilities\nSupport OPS/CS with Recovery of assets providing DATA & solutions\n\nCost savings by optimizing stock usage & Management\n\nInventory management via Asset Panda, RFID & Maestro\n\nAssist QA with DATA required for quality issues\n\nAssist procurement & sites with DATA for efficient packaging orders & supply\n\nRegional reporting - Statistics/DATA supporting finance\n\nImplementation of new technologies\n\nAlways comply with the company's internal training\n\nTraining branches, OSPs, LSPs with good packaging processes & stock management\n\nStock assessment and calibration according to area needs\n\nForecasting for fulfilment of stock demand\n\nWorking with local hub/branch operational teams for stock transfers\n\nPlanning strategic stock movements based on forecast and business demand\n\nManaging Rented/Leased assets\n\nAttend meetings virtual or in person\n\nMonthly/Quarterly Auditing of branches, OSPs & LSPs\n\nTechnology implementation\nImplement Inventory management.\n\nManage implementation and regional training\n\nUpdate SOPs to incorporate Inventory management\n\nBecome a Super User on Asset Panda, Maestro\n\nRegional point of escalation\n\nData integrity\n\nAccess authorization for the region\n\nSupport testing and proof of concept of modern technologies, e.g. inventory management tracking devices RFID, scanning devices & packaging types.\n\nReverse Logistic\nDaily interaction with Marken Branches, OSPs, LSPs to coordinate returns of P&D in your region that have not been recovered from client sites.\n\nDevelop root cause analysis and quality resolution for reverse logistics issues when P&D is not being recovered.\n\nSupport with training/retraining of staff in the region to ensure compliance of P&D related SOPs.\n\nSupport and advice on enhancements of asset management developments in Maestro.\n\nSupport and lead “special” projects relating to P&D recovery.\n\nContributing to reduce the operational costs across the region.\n\nIdentify lost assets and pass the cost on to the relevant party\n\nRemove lost assets from financial records\n\nAdvise when additional assets need to be purchased/replaced\n\nPlacements\nSupport project management, Tests, trials in EMEA and network as first point of contact for packaging.\n\nBalance demand and supply of stock throughout the network\n\nMonitoring the trend or weekly/monthly demand with the help of forecasting tools or customer forecast\n\nWork closely with local Ops Teams to ensure the smooth transfer of demanded volume of assets.\n\nKeep Maestro and Asset Management System (Asset Panda) up to date to ensure visibility and traceability of asset circulation.\n\nRentals Management\nTrack and trace rental unit movement with the help of Maestro OPS and/or CRM team.\n\nReturning to supplier hub in time and with minimum cost possible\n\nSaving costs by avoiding rental period extension\n\nFinding Marken assets solutions for customers, in close collaboration with CRM, to minimise the rented assets volume in the network\n\nPlanning & fulfilment\nWork with forecast and historical data, to ensure stock demand is fulfilled.\n\nAchieving balance between having sufficient inventory supply vs. customer demand\n\nBalance stock levels avoiding OOS or overstock in the network.\n\nMonitoring stock $ value at branches and LSP\n\nHaving a close collaboration with Asset Forecaster colleagues to understand data reports and strategic course of action\n\nRegional reporting -
