If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nWe have an exciting opportunity to join the our HR team providing full employee relations & recruitment support at our Cardiff, Swansea and Gloucester sites.\nTo front line employees you are an approachable, experienced individual who can offer impartial advice on Company policies and procedures. To our management staff you are providing proactive HR consultative services in areas of employee relations, talent management, absence management & recruitment.\nContract: 12-month Fixed-term contract, with possibility to make it a permanent contract at the end of the fixed term.\nA salary in the range of £32,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProvide full HR support to local management and employees. This includes ownership of the recruitment process and guidance on all employment relations issues.\nMaintain strict compliance standards including the completion of background checks.\nConduct audits in HR owned matters to maintain high company standards\nBe an ambassador of company standards and expectations.\nEssentials:\nFull UK driving license and personal car with business travel insurance - this role will require weekly travel to Swindon and Cardiff.\nGood working knowledge of MS office applications\nUp to date understanding of employment law and UPS policies & procedures\nAble to demonstrate the successful management of multiple priorities and tasks\nSelf motivated, organised and able to accommodate varying working hours - this role is a regular office job, however, it may require early starts to accommodate business needs.\nUPS is committed to a policy of treating individuals fairly and recruiting, selecting, training, promoting and compensating based on merit, experience and other work-related criteria.
