The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEducation and Experience:\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field\n- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field\n- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus\nBusiness Analysis:\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutions\n- Analyze data and processes to inform business decisions\n- Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation\n- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans\nScrum Master:\n- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives\n- Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values\n- Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progress\n- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency\nTechnical Skills:\n- Experience with project management tools, such as Azure Devops\n- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies\n- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI\nSoft Skills:\n- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively\n- Strong leadership and
