You will work closely with Transport Planning and Customer Service, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across the warehouse operation.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for guiding and leading a team of 4-5 warehouse workers who perform cross docking operations during our Night shift.\nMaintain contact with our Transport Planning department and make sure all trucks and vans are loaded appropriately.\nOrder picking and general Warehouse related tasks.\nInspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.\nEnsures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental, GMP, and ISO requirements.\nPerforms activities in Quality Control department such as incoming, CQA and final product inspections.\nDocuments quality issues and performance measures for management review.\nDocuments corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities.\nIdentifies and champions resolution of quality issues.\nPrepares and conducts trainings for Warehouse Workers.\nTake charge in creating interdepartmental solutions between our Customer Service, Warehouse and Transport Planning department.\nWhat you'll get:\nA competitive salary between € 3,487 - € 4,359 gross per month;
