Coaching and training the team.\nIdentification and development of potential talents for the company.\nFocus on excellence in customer service.\nDaily monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMeetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service monitoring.\nCoordination of project management projects. Communication with other departments for project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).\nCoordination of center and service audits.
