We are looking for someone special... we’re looking for YOU!\nWhat does a typical day look like?\nManage the team reporting to you, including coaching and training team members.\nIdentify and develop potential talent within the company.\nMaintain a strong focus on customer service excellence.\nMonitor service KPIs on a daily basis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nMeet with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure appropriate customer service follow-up.\nCoordinate projects within the department and communicate with other departments to ensure successful project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).\nCoordinate center and service audits and follow up on identified action items.\nPlan resources for holidays and Peak periods, making adjustments and implementing plans as required.\nProvide support with operational activities when necessary.\nWhat do we offer?\nCompetitive salary + health insurance\nOngoing training and development\nVaried work with opportunities for career growth\nWhat should you bring?\nA Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree, either completed or currently in progress, is essential.\nAdvanced English proficiency is essential.\nCuriosity and enthusiasm for learning about new areas of the business and developing your service knowledge.\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.\nStrong communication skills.\nA proactive, solution-oriented leadership style and the ability to deal effectively with unexpected situations.\nA flexible and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and decision-making.\nWorking knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.\nFlexibility is important within our organization and is also essential for this role.
