You'll help ensure treasury activities are delivered accurately and on time, while gaining exposure to cash management, banking operations, financial reporting, and treasury controls.\nIf you’re looking for a fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills, work with different teams, and make an impact from day one, this could be the opportunity for you.\nReady to take on a new challenge?\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Treasury Analyst, you'll support a wide range of treasury activities, helping to ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.\nYou'll work closely with internal teams, finance stakeholders, legal entities, and banking partners to support effective cash management processes and contribute to key treasury initiatives.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\nSupport daily treasury operations across multiple business units and legal entities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across the business to support evolving treasury requirements.\nManage and conduct internal Treasury audits, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and control requirements.\nCoordinate and support external audit activities, including SOX audits, by responding to information requests, providing documentation, and facilitating auditor engagement.\nManage bank account lifecycle activities, including opening, maintenance, and closures.\nReconcile reports and ensure accuracy of data across systems. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nIssue and manage Bank Guarantees in line with business and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare accurate and timely management reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.\nContribute to projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nWhat You'll Need\nExperience :\nPrevious experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting is preferred but not necessary (1-2 years).\nWorking towards a professional accounting or treasury qualification would also be an advantage but not necessary.\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGreat relationship-building and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and numerical abilities.\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\nKnowledge of Access or Treasury Management Systems would be beneficial.\nAbout UPS\nFounded in 1907 as a messenger company in the United States, UPS has grown into a multi-billion-dollar organisation with a clear mission: enabling commerce around the world.\nToday, UPS is one of the world’s most recognised and admired brands, delivering more than packages.
