This role will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions that help grocery retailers improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive profitability. \nThe Product Manager will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into clear product requirements and priorities. This role requires someone comfortable working in a SaaS product environment with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based software systems. \nThe ideal candidate can effectively collaborate with both technical teams and retail operators, ensuring that product solutions are technically sound while addressing real-world operational needs. \nKey Responsibilities \nProduct Strategy & Planning \nContribute to the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap initiatives \nIdentify product opportunities based on customer feedback, operational challenges, and market trends \nDefine product priorities aligned with company objectives \nDevelop product requirements, use cases, and user stories \nProduct Development & Delivery \nPartner with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver new product capabilities \nParticipate in agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning \nEnsure product features meet functional, usability, and scalability requirements \nSupport testing, validation, and product launch activities \nCustomer & Market Engagement \nEngage directly with customers to understand operational workflows and product needs \nConduct customer interviews, feedback sessions, and discovery activities \nGather insights from sales and customer success teams to inform product decisions \nRepresent customer needs within the product development process \nTechnical Collaboration \nWork closely with engineering teams on features involving APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform capabilities \nTranslate business and operational requirements into technical product specifications \nSupport integration requirements with retailer systems and third-party solutions \nCross-Functional Collaboration \nPartner with engineering, UX, data science, revenue, and customer success teams \nSupport go-to-market readiness for new product releases \nCommunicate product updates and priorities across internal stakeholders \nQualifications \nRequired \nBachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) \n3-6+ years of experience in product management or product-related roles \nExperience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments \nExperience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile product development environment \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills \nAbility to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements \nTechnical Knowledge \nWorking knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS platform architecture \nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical product features \nFamiliarity with product management tools and agile workflows \nFamiliarity with AI-enabled tooling and emerging AI capabilities, including the ability to evaluate opportunities for AI-driven features within SaaS products. \nPreferred Experience \nExperience in grocery retail, food service, supply chain, or store operations technology \nExposure to data-driven product development \nFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, or predictive analytics \nKey Competencies \nCustomer focus and empathy for operational users \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nCross-functional collaboration \nStrategic thinking and prioritization \nCommunication and stakeholder management \nWorking Relationships \nThis role collaborates closely with: \nEngineering \nUX / Product Design \nData Science \nRevenue / Sales \nCustomer Success \nThe estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:\n$100,000 -
