You will study and empathise with the needs and expectations of professionals, generate actionable insights to define platform features and design considerations, and communicate these needs to the product team, UXUI designer(s), and developers. The end result will be a coaching platform that users love because it's user-friendly, intuitive, and impactful.\nA successful candidate should be a structured, analytical, and empathetic researcher who is able to engage users in interviews, grasp user needs, and solve complex problems.
