& Duties\nBranch Leadership & Recovery:\nLead the Lethbridge branch's recovery plan, driving measurable improvement in revenue, efficiency, and profitability.\nPartner with the General Manager to execute the branch's turnaround and growth strategy.\nAct as the General Manager's key operational partner, stepping in to lead the branch in their absence.\nMonitor branch performance against revenue, margin, and production targets, and adjust plans as needed. \nSales & Customer Relations:\nServe as a primary customer-facing representative of Timber-Tech for builders,contractors, and developers in the Lethbridge market.\nActively support the Sales leads in creating new business and supporting the team’s existing accounts to rebuild and expand branch revenue.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local builders, suppliers, and trade partners.\nRepresent Timber-Tech Truss at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen the branch's market presence.\nOperational Management:\nOversee day-to-day branch operations, supporting the Production Manager, including production, scheduling, logistics, and quality control.\nEnsure orders are produced and delivered accurately, on time, and to quality standards.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.\nTeam Leadership:\nLead, coach, and develop branch staff across production, sales, and administrative functions.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement and longevity.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention of branch talent.\nEnsure clear, consistent communication between the branch and head office.\nFinancial Performance:\nSupport the General Manager in developing and managing the branch budget and financial targets.\nMonitor key performance indicators including revenue, margins, and production efficiency.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.\nCommunity Involvement:\nActively participate in the Lethbridge business and building community, representing Timber-Tech Truss in local associations, events, and initiatives.\nBuild Timber-Tech Truss's reputation and network within Southern Alberta through community involvement and relationship-building.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 10-15 years of leadership experience, with a strong background in both sales and operations, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing.\nProven track record of driving revenue growth and business recovery.\nStrong operational and production management experience.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.\nEstablished relationships within the Lethbridge / Southern Alberta building and construction industry considered a strong asset.\nActive involvement in the Lethbridge community and local business networks
