Members of this team must turn that knowledge into solutions and partnership models for prospective lending partners, able to simply explain and educate partners.\nAs a Solutions Consultant at Upstart, you will drive adoption of lending partners to the Upstart platform.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nFunction as a solutions consultant, translating ambiguous questions into structured analyses with proven ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely to external stakeholders\nServe as the owner for deal-related analyses, supporting new and existing LP partnerships across all Upstart products\nAnalyze deal economics, performance tradeoffs, risk/return profiles, and product configurations across Upstart’s offering\nTranslate analytical findings into clear recommendations that inform deal structuring, pricing, and strategic decisions\nAct as business partner to Capital Markets, Sales, Product, and Finance teams\nMinimum Qualifications \n4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, strategy, analytics or a related role\nSQL/Python proficiency and comfort working directly with data\nAbility to work with large datasets and perform rigorous quantitative analysis\nExperience partnering with centralized analytics or data science teams.\nExperience building dashboards or recurring reporting (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar tools)\nStrong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in cross-functional environments\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fintech, capital markets, lending, or financial products.\nExperience with multiple lending products (Personal loans, Auto, Home lending)\nFamiliarity with deal economics, risk/return analysis, or portfolio analytics\nPosition location This role is available in the following locations: Remote\nTravel requirements As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work anywhere in the U.S but are expected to still spend high quality time in-person collaborating via regular onsites. The in-person sessions’ cadence varies depending on the team and role; most teams meet once or twice per quarter for 2-4 consecutive days at a time.\n#LI-Associate \nAt Upstart, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the below range. Your actual base pay will depend on your geographic location-with our “digital first” philosophy, Upstart uses compensation regions that vary depending on location. Individual pay is also determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
