Senior iOS Developer

We're a fast-growing fintech startup on a mission to redefine how millions manage, invest, and grow their money. Backed by top-tier investors and industry leaders, we're building a mobile-first platform that's secure, scalable, and designed for real-world impact. As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned iOS developer who can lead mobile architecture, own end-to-end delivery, and build best-in-class user experiences for our growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure iOS applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship new features and improve performance.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Write clean, testable code and lead by example in upholding coding standards and best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for iOS across the team.
• Own the full release cycle to the App Store, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong mobile team.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience building and scaling iOS apps.
• Strong command of Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and iOS frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of iOS internals - memory management, concurrency, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, secure mobile transactions, real-time data, and offline-first design.
• Experience with MVVM/MVI, SwiftUI, and mobile architectural patterns.
• Strong knowledge of the App Store lifecycle, certificates, and provisioning profiles.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment: ownership mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or the digital payments domain.
• Exposure to encryption, data privacy, and compliance (RBI, PCI DSS, etc. ).
• Familiarity with analytics, crash reporting tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source or personal fintech apps in the App Store.
