If rolling up your sleeves to solve challenges, collaborating globally, and driving results excite you, this role will put your skills to work from day one.\nWhat You'll Do\nDraft, review, and manage standard contracts (NDAs, commercial agreements with clients and suppliers, and more) to support day-to-day business operations and provide legal input for RFPs.\nManage corporate governance for Upstream group companies worldwide, including drafting Board of Directors and General Assembly resolutions, annual filings, and local compliance matters.\nProvide legal support on personal data protection and privacy matters, including reviewing data processing agreements and supporting compliance with applicable data protection legislation\nAssist with compliance projects of varying scope, exercising independent judgment and decision-making.\nPartner with Finance, Account Management, Business Planning, Procurement, HR, and other teams, providing clear, actionable legal guidance.\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for someone bright, self-driven, and ready to grow with us. You bring:\nA top-tier academic background in law; postgraduate qualifications are required.\n 2-4 years of experience, preferably in-house or in a law firm, practicing corporate or commercial law (international experience is a plus).\nStrong command of English (written and verbal); French is a plus.
