performance.\n Requirements\n BS Degree in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or related field.\n Proficient with eQuest.\n Experience with energy modeling following ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G for code-compliance, LEED and/or utility incentives\n Familiarity with mechanical systems for healthcare, life science and higher education buildings. \n Experience with mechanical engineering and design.\n Excellent organizational and communication skills.\n A shared passion for operational and embodied decarbonization of buildings the built environment.\n Excellent analytical and
