We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong real-world construction understanding, capable of proactively identifying coordination gaps, clashes, missing information, and constructability issues before they impact execution.\nThe position is intended to be long-term and integrated into ongoing project coordination workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\n Coordinate technical information between structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. \n Review and validate that detailing and documentation align with architectural intent and construction requirements. \n Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution. \n Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation. \n Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines. \n Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain consistency and execution clarity. \n Anticipate field and execution-related issues from a practical construction perspective. \nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project coordination within architecture, structural engineering, or construction environments. \n Strong experience coordinating structural steel, architectural, and MEP documentation. \n Solid understanding of construction workflows, technical documentation, and constructability principles. \n Practical exposure to U.S. construction standards, project workflows, and contractor coordination. \n Experience working on technically complex commercial, mixed-use, industrial, residential, or large-scale projects. \n Strong ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination and execution issues. \n Comfortable working in highly collaborative BIM-driven environments. \n Strong communication and organizational skills.\nTechnical Requirements\n Revit \n AutoCAD \n BIM coordination
