reliability engineering, and industrial AI, with an opportunity to grow into a customer-facing cement domain expert over time.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply cement plant knowledge to understand equipment behavior, operating conditions, and common failure modes.\n\nSupport alert management within the UptimeAI platform by reviewing, categorizing, validating, and documenting alerts and outcomes.\n\nMonitor equipment and model performance and identify opportunities for model retraining and optimization.\n\nAnalyze AI-generated insights across key cement plant equipment and processes, including kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, fans, compressors, and other critical assets.\n\nWork with customer teams to validate alerts and understand whether recommended actions are practical within their operating environment.\n\nQuantify and track customer value, including cost avoidance, reduced downtime, improved reliability, and performance improvements.\n\nContribute to customer case studies, value stories, and internal success summaries.\n\nSupport customer meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and operational or performance reviews.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer adoption and the use of UptimeAI across the plant.\n\nCollaborate with Technical Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams to continuously improve customer experience and platform outcomes.\n\nWho You Are\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3+ years exposure to cement manufacturing and plant operations.\n\nUnderstanding of cement manufacturing processes, ideally including raw mills, kilns, clinker cooler, cement mills, crushers, and material handling.\n\nStrong interest in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and asset performance management.\n\nExposure to reliability concepts such as RCM, FMEA, condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or predictive maintenance.\n\nComfortable working with data, dashboards, and analytical tools.\n\nCurious and detail-oriented, with an interest in understanding how AI and analytics can improve industrial operations.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAble to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with SaaS platforms, analytics
