You will serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor post-contract, ensuring their success by understanding their operations, translating requirements into actionable plans, and driving adoption, value realization, and optimization.\nYou will lead discovery sessions, capture detailed technical and operational requirements, and guide customers in maximizing the impact of UptimeAI solutions. Beyond technical execution, you will help customers understand the business value of the platform by connecting technical capabilities, insights, and outcomes to their operational goals.\nYou will play a key role in customer-facing engagements, including executive steering committees and value discussions, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned on progress, outcomes, challenges, and opportunities. Your ability to build a compelling value story, communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences, and advocate for customer goals will be critical in accelerating time to value, building customer trust, ensuring successful adoption, and positioning accounts for long-term growth.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAct as the technical lead throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing adoption and growth.\n\nRun discovery sessions to gather detailed operational and technical requirements.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of the customer’s processes, performance goals, and long-term objectives.\n\nTranslate business and technical needs into structured input for offshore implementation teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., data requirements, model logic, alert configurations).\n\nOwn technical communication with the customer, ensuring confidence, clarity, and alignment throughout the engagement.\n\nIdentify risks, blockers, or adoption gaps early and proactively work toward resolution.\n\nDrive time to value by pushing for efficient delivery, adoption, and operational improvements while maintaining high quality.\n\nPartner closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure the solution meets or exceeds customer expectations.\n\nAct as a customer advocate, ensuring their goals are understood, incorporated, and prioritized across the delivery and growth process.\n\nSupport long-term account growth by identifying opportunities for optimization, expansion, and additional value realization.\n\nServe as the primary technical escalation, addressing architecture-related questions, defending platform capabilities, and ensuring customer confidence in performance and reliability.\n\nDevelop and articulate a compelling value story that connects platform capabilities, insights, and outcomes to the customer’s strategic objectives, helping drive adoption, trust, and long-term partnership.\n\nLead executive steering committee meetings and customer value discussions, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned on progress, outcomes, challenges, and the business impact delivered by UptimeAI.\n\nMust Have:\n7+ years of experience leading technical engagements across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption and growth.\n\nStrong consulting skills with the ability to lead discovery conversations, challenge customer assumptions, and guide stakeholders toward solutions that drive business value.\n\nExperience developing and presenting compelling value stories, including executive-level communication that connects technical capabilities, insights, and outcomes to customer business objectives.\n\nProcess Engineering Background: Hands-on experience with reliability, process optimization, troubleshooting, or asset performance in a technical role.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in building customer trust, acting as a technical
