optymalnych rozwiązań.\nDokumentowanie konfiguracji, automatyzacji, zależności i zmian w systemie.\nWspółpraca przy migracjach i przenoszeniu konfiguracji pomiędzy środowiskami Jira Cloud.\nUdział w testach, wdrożeniach oraz działaniach typu hypercare po release'ach.\nWymagania\nMust Have\nMinimum 4-5 lat doświadczenia jako Jira Administrator, Jira Specialist lub Atlassian Consultant.\nBardzo dobra znajomość Jira Cloud (Jira Software i Jira Service Management).\nPraktyczne doświadczenie w konfiguracji:\nworkflowów,\nrequest types,\ncustom fields,\nfield configurations,\nformularzy warunkowych (conditional forms).\nZaawansowana znajomość Jira Automation.\nDoświadczenie w zarządzaniu uprawnieniami, rolami projektowymi oraz notyfikacjami.\nDoświadczenie w utrzymaniu i wsparciu środowisk produkcyjnych.\nUmiejętność diagnozowania problemów i przeprowadzania analizy przyczyn źródłowych.\nDoświadczenie w tworzeniu dokumentacji technicznej i konfiguracyjnej.\nSamodzielność oraz umiejętność oceny wpływu zmian na istniejące rozwiązania.\n\nMile widziane\nDoświadczenie w budowie i utrzymaniu złożonych automatyzacji obejmujących wiele projektów Jira.\nUdział w migracjach Jira Cloud lub transformacji środowisk Atlassian.\nZnajomość REST API oraz integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi.\nDoświadczenie z ScriptRunner lub innymi aplikacjami Atlassian Marketplace.\nZnajomość
