Twoim zadaniem będzie łączenie podejścia manualnego, automatyzacji zorientowanej na produkt oraz myślenia systemowego, aby zapewnić, że każda dostarczona funkcjonalność jest wartościowa, niezawodna i odporna na błędy.

Będziesz działać w modelu cross-functional QA, promując podejście shift-left i aktywnie wspierając wykrywanie problemów na jak najwcześniejszych etapach cyklu wytwórczego.

Kluczowe obowiązki

  • Tworzenie i wykonywanie scenariuszy testowych w języku Gherkin (BDD)

  • Identyfikacja, analiza oraz priorytetyzacja błędów

  • Przygotowywanie czytelnych raportów jakościowych dla interesariuszy

  • Projektowanie i rozwój scenariuszy regresyjnych

  • Udział oraz moderowanie ceremonii jakościowych (Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, Quality Chapter)

  • Projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie automatycznych scenariuszy testowych zorientowanych na produkt (end-user first)

  • Współtworzenie oraz usprawnianie globalnej strategii jakości

  • Dzielenie się dobrymi praktykami w ramach zespołu (squad)

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu scenariuszy testowych w podejściu produktowym (Product-centric)

  • Doświadczenie w automatyzacji i/lub development w ekosystemieJava / Cucumber

  • Umiejętność pracy w złożonych projektach i systemach

  • Znajomość podejścia DevSecOps oraz zautomatyzowanych pipeline'ów CI/CD

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach Agile

  • Certyfikacja Agile lub ISTQB / TMAP będzie dodatkowym atutem
