Come join us.\nPart-Time Team Operations Manager\nLocation: Remote although based in Lamorinda / Walnut Creek / Concord, CA\nHours: 10-20 hours per week\nSchedule: Flexible within standard Pacific Time business hours\nWe are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Part-Time Team Operations Manager to support our team and assist with a variety of operational, administrative, recruiting, and employee experience initiatives.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives on organization, and takes pride in ensuring details are thoughtfully managed. The position offers flexibility while providing critical support to a remote-first team through coordination of events, travel, recruiting activities, and day-to-day operational projects.\nWhile most work can be completed remotely, occasional in-person support will be required for local interviews, leadership gatherings, co-working days, and company events in the Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, and Concord areas.\nWhat you will do: \nExecutive & Administrative Support\nCoordinate meetings, scheduling, and logistics across multiple stakeholders.\nPrepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.\nSupport special projects and ad hoc requests from leadership.\nCreate and manage executive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, meeting schedules, and dining reservations.\nCoordinate onsite candidate interviews in the Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, and Concord areas.\nEvent Planning & Team Operations\nAssist with planning and execution of quarterly company offsites.\nResearch and coordinate venues, accommodations, transportation, catering, and activities.\nManage event logistics, vendor communications, and attendee coordination.\nCoordinate local co-working days, leadership gatherings, and regional team events.\nSupport team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.\nTrack event budgets and expenses.\nTravel & Conference Coordination\nResearch and coordinate travel options for executives and team members.\nSupport conference attendance planning, including hotels, flights, and meeting schedules.\nOperations Support\nAssist with expense tracking, receipt collection, and reconciliation.\nCoordinate with vendors and assist with invoice management.\nConduct research and gather information for operational projects.\nAssist with vendor sourcing, comparisons, and ongoing relationship management.\nHelp maintain organizational documents, templates, and resource materials.\nSupport onboarding logistics and special employee initiatives.\nAssist with company communications and operational coordination as needed.\nProvide general office management and team support for a distributed workforce.\nEmployee Experience & Culture Support\nOversee swag store vendor relationships and ordering processes.\nManage swag store gift card distribution for recognition programs, events, and company initiatives.\nAssist with employee appreciation activities and culture-building programs.\nAbout you:\nYou have 5+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, office management, event coordination, operations, or a related role.\nYou have exceptional organizational and project management skills.\nYou have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nYou have the ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions.\nYou have a strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.\nYou are proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).\nYou have experience coordinating travel, events, or executive support preferred.\nYou have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTeam requests are handled efficiently and professionally.\nCompany events, offsites, and team gatherings run smoothly and stay within budget.\nTravel and conference logistics are organized, cost-effective, and seamless.\nOperational projects are completed accurately and on time.\nLeadership can focus on strategic priorities knowing critical details are managed and organized.\nAdditional Information:\nThe hourly rate range for this role is $30.00 to $42.00. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the new hire rate for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
