Senior Product Designer (Founding role)

Upway is the leading platform for buying and selling refurbished e-bikes across Europe and the US. We're on a mission to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. We source bikes at scale, refurbish them with industrial precision, and provide a seamless, trustworthy experience for anyone purchasing an e-bike.

We're now entering a new chapter: after our Series C, we're assembling an A-class Product & Tech team. This role is for designers who want meaningful ownership and the chance to shape products used by thousands of retailers, operators, mechanics, and millions of consumers globally.

We are looking for our first Senior Product Designer to play a Founding Role in this next chapter.
