(campaigns, deals, channels mix).\nCategory management: develop and execute targeted category strategies to unlock additional growth\n DACH strategy (defining priorities with GM) and planning: partner with the GM to set top priorities and cascade them into targets, informed by market insights and data\n Cross-functional project management: lead initiatives spanning Commercial, Operations, Marketing turning analysis into shipped decisions\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n6+ years in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics or investment banking\nExceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions, with SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it fast)\nProblem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on
