Our team tackles complex engineering challenges daily, building new capabilities while continuously improving existing systems. We work across all major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Neo4j, Elasticsearch, Redis, TimescaleDB, RabbitMQ, and more.\nAs a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of complex projects, drive technical decisions, and help shape the architecture and scalability of our backend systems.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, development, and delivery of complex backend projects, taking full ownership from initial architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.\nDrive architectural and technological decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.\nTake ownership of critical backend components and continuously improve system performance, efficiency, and stability.\nLead design and code reviews, promoting engineering best practices and high-quality code across the team.\nIdentify technical challenges and proactively drive solutions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical excellence.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend and DevOps, to deliver high-quality end-to-end features.\nMentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team's technical growth.\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, working with high-level programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.\nProven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, distributed backend systems.\nStrong experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nExperience building data-intensive systems and working with message queue technologies.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD processes and production environments.\nProven ability to lead complex technical projects, drive architectural decisions, and take end-to-end ownership.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced
