There’s an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape, and every hire changes the trajectory of the company.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate: a sharp, curious Talent Acquisition professional at the start of their career who wants to learn the craft properly, from the inside of a fast-growing company.\nThis is a real Talent Acquisition role. You’ll run hiring processes end to end, from the first search to the signed offer, starting with early-career and less complex roles and growing into a full desk of your own. Alongside that, you’ll own part of the recruiting coordination that keeps our process running smoothly. You’ll be part of a professional, global team across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, with plenty of experienced people to learn from.\nNo prior recruiting experience is required. What matters is how you think, how you work, and how badly you want to get good at this.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of roles: opening intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, managing the interview process, and closing.\nSource proactively: build searches on LinkedIn and other platforms, use AI-assisted sourcing tools, reach out directly, and keep your own pipelines warm.\nRun hiring for early-career and less complex roles, from sourcing to scheduling to offers.\nWork closely with hiring managers: understand what they actually need, keep them updated, and bring them honest market feedback.\nGive every candidate a clear, warm, well-managed experience from the first message to the final answer, including the ones who don’t get an offer.\nOwn recruiting coordination: scheduling, ATS hygiene, candidate communication, and keeping every process moving without things falling through the cracks.\nTrack your pipelines and report on progress, and help us find ways to run things better.\nLearn fast: take part in intake sessions, calibration conversations, and process improvements, and gradually take on more complex roles.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-have\nA degree with strong academic results (or equivalent achievements).\nFluent English, written and spoken. Native level is a plus. Hebrew fluency as well.\nReal hunger to build a career in recruiting, with the drive to prove it.\nCuriosity and sharpness: you ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and learn from every conversation.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and managers.\nOrganization and attention to detail.
