This is an operational coordination role focused on documentation accuracy, organization, and compliance with approved product information rather than creative design.\n This opportunity is ideal for fluent Thai and English speakers with experience in marketing operations, packaging coordination, product labeling, regulatory documentation, or related functions. The selected consultant should be comfortable reviewing source files, identifying the required information, and preparing complete documentation independently.\nWhat You'll Do:\nReview project folders and source files to identify approved product information, claims, and packaging content.\nPrepare front-of-pack and back-of-pack artwork briefing forms using established templates.\nPrepare and maintain Thai-language packaging copy, including ingredients, product descriptions, directions for use, product claims, product codes, and regulatory information.\nSupport documentation for Thailand's Local Claims Forum and track feedback and required revisions.\nIncorporate approved feedback from Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, and other stakeholders.\nComplete customer and retailer product-listing forms using approved project information.\nReview documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.\nTrack revisions, coordinate updates, and support documentation through established review and approval processes.\nWork independently to identify the necessary information from available project files while following established guidelines.\n Requirements:\nFluent or native-level Thai language skills.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to review source documents and accurately transfer information into structured templates.\nComfortable managing documentation, revisions, feedback, and approvals.\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision.\nProactive, reliable, and able to follow established processes and guidelines.\nAvailable to collaborate during Thailand/Southeast Asia business hours when required.\nNice to Haves:\nPrevious experience in marketing operations, packaging, labeling, artwork coordination, or product claims.\nExperience with regulatory documentation or product information management.\nBackground in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or other consumer-goods industries.\nFamiliarity with packaging copy, product claims, artwork briefing forms, or product-listing documentation.\nExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing.\n Fully remote contract opportunity.\nInitial project supporting a consumer-product innovation for the Thailand market.\nWork involves preparing packaging documentation, coordinating revisions, and completing customer product-listing forms.\nCandidates should be available to collaborate during Thailand/Southeast Asia business hours when needed.\nSome tasks may require alignment with a recurring Tuesday claims-review process.\nThe initial project will help establish the working process, with potential opportunities for additional projects based on performance and business needs.\nCandidates should submit a proposal highlighting relevant experience and, where available, examples of similar work.\nApplicants are expected to answer screening questions using their own experience and knowledge.
