In this role, you will own the visual identity of our brand across digital and print - from crafting scroll-stopping social media content to designing high-impact materials for trade events and expos. If you are fluent in the Adobe Suite, excited by AI-powered creative tools, and have a sharp eye for aesthetics, we would love to meet you.\nWhat You Will Do?\nDesign and produce social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube including static posts, reels, stories, thumbnails, and channel art.\nCreate print-ready materials for events and expos: banners, standees, brochures, posters, and merchandise mockups.\nEdit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including motion graphics for presentations and brand-consistent videos and testimonials.\nUse AI image and video generation tools to ideate, prototype, and produce creative assets faster and at scale.\nLead in-house photography for product shoots, team photos, and event coverage.\nMaintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints - digital and physical.\nManage multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video production\nStrong portfolio showcasing social media, print, and video projects\nProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects\nWorking knowledge of at least two AI image or video generation platform\nBasic DSLR or mirrorless camera handling and photography skills\nUnderstanding of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, hierarchy\nAbility to deliver print-ready files (bleed, colour profiles, resolution)\nStrong communication skills to coordinate with print and other vendors as well as clients\nNice to Have\nExperience with Figma or Adobe XD for social templates\nFamiliarity with platform specs for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube\nPrior experience designing for industrial, B2B, or manufacturing brands\nVideo scriptwriting or storyboarding experience\nExposure to 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 3D\nUnderstanding of brand identity systems and guidelines\nYou Will Thrive If You\nTake ownership of your work and see projects through from brief to final delivery\nStay current with design trends, AI tools, and the evolving creative landscape\nCan juggle multiple briefs and adapt quickly without losing attention to detail\nThink in campaigns, not just individual assets\nBring ideas to the table -
