Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Mandatory: B. Tech in Computer Science (CSE) from a Tier-1 engineering institute (IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, top NITs).
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or Python for backend development.
  • Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and application security.
  • Experience optimising application performance and scalability.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Experience with caching, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
  • Ability to own features end-to-end.
  • Experience building production-grade web applications.
