This individual will help drive top line growth and develop and execute sound financial plans for maximum profitability.\nRole Responsibilities\nProviding sales with the analytics to pitch strategies to drive the business and/or problem solve and go after opportunities\nBe account-facing during market appointments - prepared to speak to past, present and future financial data\nCreate hindsight reporting for each delivery by account with summary of findings and suggested go-forward actions\nManage Location selling for each account by obtaining and entering weekly, MTD & STD sales and stock data, then making suggestions to drive sales and/or highlight potential opportunities/issues\nManage Market Share reporting and regional opportunities\nCreate and maintain class selling reports\nManage internal and account profitability \nCreate preseason sales, margin, and inventory plans for key accounts\nManage OTB for key accounts\nProvide analytics for key accounts deep dive looking for opportunities to distort business\nProvide support to the sales team and account partners\nSupport forecasting submission on a monthly basis with the sales team\nDevelop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business\nProvide account recommendations on inventory to sales and account partners\nRecap weekly selling by classification, style & color; highlighting best sellers\nRole Qualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of planning experience, preferably in wholesale\nMust be a quick learner that is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities\nStrong forecasting and analytical skills \nMust have strong Excel skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nMust have strong interpersonal skills and work well on a team\nCreative problem solver/ “outside the box” thinker\nStrong communication skills\nMust be good with systems such as: Skypad, Blue Cherry, Power Point\nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
