Apply now!\nIn collaboration with the Store Manager, The Reclectic Associate Store Manager supports all operations of the store, with emphasis on delivering an engaging retail experience while optimizing operational efficiency.\nRole Responsibilities\nBrand Growth + Expansion\nChampions the Reclectic concept & contributes meaningfully to Brand strategy through the lens of Store & Visual Leadership\nSupports Store Leadership recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and training efforts for all new stores\nAssists in ideation for local & Brand-wide events that promote Brand identity & awareness, sustainability, and customer centricity\nAssists in identifying any resources needed to support Reclectic Store Leadership education & development\nBrand Experience\nEmulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography\nPartners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space\nLeads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation to create a compelling atmosphere\nCultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment to support an exceptional and genuine customer experience\nInterpret and escalate customer feedback and team insights to positively improve the Reclectic experience and operation.\nEngages the community by networking with local businesses and organizations to identify potential collaboration opportunities\nLeadership + Team Management\nExhibits critical thinking skills, maintains a solutions-based mindset, and is comfortable in fluid situations.
