They must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers and management.\nShift: Sunday-Wednesday; 5:00am-3:30pm\nRole Responsibilities\nAssist Leads/Leadership team with day to day functions in assigned department\n\nMonitor productivity and communicate/discuss adjustments in assigned department\n\nClear communication across multiple levels in the URBN organization\n\nMaintain a positive attitude and flexibility in completing special projects and/or changing business priorities\n\nResearch department specific questions from other areas of the company, including Contact Center, Home Office, and the Brands\n\nAbide by and enforce SLA compliance in designated department\n\nMaintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails\n\nPerform department specific tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager\n\nMust be able to work overtime as required\n\nAll other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager\n\nRole Qualifications\nMust be 18 years or older\nHigh school degree or GED is preferred\nComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards\nAble to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens\nExhibit strong computer, problem solving and reporting skills\nMaintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required \nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk throughout a shift \nClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods \nReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds \nOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements \nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
