They act as liaisons between various departments within the center to proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise. A successful Flow Coordinator is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, pays attention to detail, is open to accepting new and diverse assignments, and is goal-oriented. They are also excellent team players, possess a positive attitude, and have outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\nShift: Wednesday - Saturday; 6:00am-4:30pm\nRole Responsibilities\nMaintain 21-Day Planner.\nAccurately monitor and report at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift and complete it on time. \nDaily set shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA. \nStart each shift with a clear plan, including identifying top priorities and known obstacles.\nComplete all SLA-related reporting.\nMonitor and report IB freight performance against plan/schedule. \nAutomate and maintain workflow in all areas. \nIdentify and report aged products at all touchpoints. \nUpdate weekly labor planning. \nProvide accurate end-of-day reporting numbers. \nInteract with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting operations.\nEnsure that all employees are trained in matters of safety, and operation standards, and have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to perform job functions. \nInspect the quality of work and accuracy. \nAddress employee needs and communicate any issues to the Flow Manager. \nEnsure compliance with all company policies. \nMaintain a safe and clean work environment.\nRole Qualifications\n18 years or older\nHigh school degree or GED required \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access\nUnderstanding of Outlook Email system\nMaintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required \nComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards\nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk throughout a shift \nClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods \nReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights to 50 pounds \nOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position which requires coordinated movements\nThe Perks\nURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
